• The hero's journey (the story of your life) and each aspect of yourself, as reflected in the tarot

• The 7 main energy centres in your body (chakras) and how to further balance and heal yourself by focusing on this hormone/endocrine system

• The 12 universal laws, and how to work with them, not against them, for greater ease

You will know yourself better on so many levels and understand that you have everything you need to change your life for the better. You will have grown to the next level of You!

By joining HeArtfull Practice you will receive...

1. A monthly 1-1 tarot coaching session with Jo, resulting in clear personal goals for the month ahead

2. A monthly group 'Game Changer' session, which is fun, insightful and will bring clarity to your deepest questions

3. Membership to a closed, private Facebook group to encourage, share and receive regular content, including...

  - a new meditation every week, enhancing what you've already learned

  - monthly goal setting

  - weekly accountability
